Executive Board:
President
- The chief executive officer of the Club and ensures that the vision, direction and objectives of the Club are met.
- Preside over meetings
- Ensure that all orders and activities are carried out effectively

Vice-President
- Assume duties of the President in their absence.
- Help oversee committees
Current Vice Presidents: John and Amy Greenleaf
Treasurer
- Collect dues and care for funds.
- Keep accurate record of receipts and payments
- Annual reports
- Prepare forms such as tax-exempt status and tax forms

Assistant Treasurer Needed: Shadow current treasurer to become familiar with the role to take over next year. Volunteer needed.
Secretary
- Record all proceedings from meetings
- Communicate minutes and other necessary information to the membership

Pasta Parties
Team Pasta Parties happen every Saturday from 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm at someone’s home. The host family provides the pasta/ main course and the home. Freshman bring desserts, sophomores bring bread and juniors/ seniors bring beverages. The fencers have a great time eating, socializing, playing games and bonding.
Pasta Party Coordinator: find volunteer host or co-host families, coordinate the pasta parties at different homes, send out email invites and reminders to the team.

Host/ Co-host families: provides pasta/main course and the home. Volunteers needed.
Publicity
Send information, stats on meets and photographs to the newspaper about the team.

Senior Night
A night meet where the seniors are recognized and celebrated
Senior Night Chair: a non-senior parent(s) organizes the senior gifts for our team as well as the opposing team. Organize refreshments for team and parents after the meet.

Senior Night Volunteers: needed for the overall running of senior night, bringing refreshments, flowers, etc. Volunteers needed.
Social Media
Manage the Facebook and Instagram page. Post calendars, information and photographs

Website
Manage the website. Post calendars, information and photographs

Apparel
Collect and place orders for team t-shirts, socks, senior jackets and state sweatshirts.

Novice Tournament
A concession stand that is a great fundraiser for our team! Many hands make light work!
Novice Tournament Chair(s): Organize the concession stand for the novice tournament which is hosted at Guilford. Includes organizing volunteers for planning, running the concession stand, set up, clean up, concession donations, making signs, ordering pizza/subs etc. Volunteers needed.
Novice Tournament Volunteers: generally, all parents (except parents of Novice Fencers) volunteer for an hour or two on the day of the tournament. Volunteers needed.
Banquet
End of the season celebration for the team and their families.
Banquet Chair (s): organize volunteers for planning, set up, clean up, program, awards etc. Volunteers needed.
Banquet Volunteers: help organize and plan specific portions of the banquet. Volunteers needed.
Car Wash
Fundraiser in May at Palumbo’s. (Usually in May)
Car Wash Chair (s): Coordinate with Pete Palumbo to reserve the date and possible rain date. Organize volunteers and snacks. Palumbo provides everything needed for the carwash itself.

Car Wash Volunteer: Work a 2-hour shift to help supervise and wash cars! Bring snacks. Volunteers needed.
